Collwest Grain Ltd. is an independent family owned grain elevator located in Collingwood Ontario. We have an immediate opportunity for a Grain Elevator Operator. The successful candidate should have experience with machinery maintenance and repairs, grain elevator operations and health and safety regulations.
The responsibilities of the position would include:
- Managing grain operations in the elevator including receiving, shipping, drying and storage
- Proper housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs of elevator equipment
- Maintain health and safety and maintenance records
- Be willing to work weekends and overtime hours
